Favorite Things

A few favorites, shared around.

Each person brings a fixed number of copies of something they enjoy. The organizer distributes them evenly among different people. Recipients leave with a variety of things, but not every contributor needs to appear in every person’s set.

Example: eight participants, three copies per person, 24 gifts total, three gifts for each participant.

Gift Bag Builder

A complete coordinated kit for each person.

Contributors make coordinated items that are assembled into individual bags or kits. In the everyone-except-self model, eight people each bring seven copies, producing eight seven-item gift bags. A separate fixed-copy model is also available when quantities permit.

Example: one person provides tea, another a candle, another a snack, and so on. The completed bag is the gift.
